This is a small set, so I recommend it for younger children (my son is 4 and enjoys it). The Marble Run sets are probably more enjoyable, especially for older children. The insert shows the larger sets available and my son kept commenting that he wished his set had the pieces shown for the others. It is slightly educational because they can build different variations to see how the marbles will fall. Overall it is okay, but would be better with the larger sets.
